Our community consists of 300 friendly and well connected members of all ages, sizes and levels of experience. No worries if you've never tried group fitness before! Our staff are extremely compassionate and professional individuals who love helping people set and achieve their personal health goals.

Out of all the fitness options in Denver, here is what we hear from our members on how we are different:

You do not need to sign a long term commitment like other gyms who will lock you in for up to 2 years with no easy way out of the contract. 

​

We are more strength training based than cardio and focus on everyone taking the session at their own pace and comfort levels. No one will be screaming at you to go faster or lift heavier. Preventing injury is our goal. 

​

We have an Inbody scan included in your membership which helps you see your results on paper, as you burn body fat and gain lean muscle with 3-4 sessions a week. One of our coaches will go over your results with you and help you interpret them. They will give you some simple tools and suggestions on how to maximize your results. There is no additional fee to meet with your coach 1:1 as often as you would like.

 

We have a close knit, non-judgemental and non-competitive environment. This is extremely important to us and we make sure our culture stays in line with our core values.

If you have kids, they can come with you! We have a kids room and ages 12 and up can workout with a parent present.
