PRE-BOOK YOUR SESSIONS ON THE APP

LET'S GET ACCOUNTABLE

The first step to tackling your goals is to

download our app & get

your sessions booked!

Commit to 3-4 sessions per week.

Some of our sessions have a waitlist,

but don't worry! The waitlist moves,

so just keep an eye on your spot.

You will recieve an email when

you have moved off of the waitlist 

into the session so be sure to check!

LATE CANCEL/NO SHOW FEES

PLEASE BE CAREFUL!

Once you book your sessions on the app,

you are responsible for keeping track of them.

We have a 2 hour booking change/

cancellation window. $10 late cancel fee and $15 no show fee. This is to hold you accountable to your sessions and keep the facility running smoothly.

Alongside our trained and knowledgeable coaches, we use Inbody technology to help you reach your goals and track your results. Come in 5-10 minutes before your next session to get your first Inbody scan and click below for an explanation on how it all works!

COMMIT YOURSELF TO ACTION

Getting started is sometimes the hardest part, BUT YOU DID IT! And we are so proud of you! This tracker was designed to help you use consistency as a tool to start CRUSHING your goals!

Commit to showing up for yourself 3-4 sessions per week, getting 100 grams of protein in and you can even choose a few more healthy habits (like getting 10k steps per day, drinking 100 oz of water per day, or getting a mobility/recovery activity in) to work on if you are ambitious!

There is a spot to track your Inbody scans in weeks one and four, as well as a coupon to get 10% off nutrition and retail items during your 1st 4 weeks!

GOT KIDS?

We think that showing our little ones that fitness is a priority is amazing! 

That is why we have our IronKidz Room!

Our 8:15am & 9:30am sessions, Monday-Friday, have a designated Child Watch Attendant to watch your little ones under 4 years of age. You must fill out a child watch waiver and book your child's spot at least 2 hrs in advance using the app.


You may bring your kids 4+ to any session, once a Child Watch waiver is complete. If you are bringing your kids 4+ to a designated Child Watch session, you must book their spot using the app.

Please review our IronKidz Room policies and procedures prior to bringing your children. Let us know if you have any questions!
